Brian has spent over 30 years in direct response marketing, with the focus always on customer acquisition via direct mail. He started his career working on the agency side where he developed customer acquisition and CRM mailings for Nissan, Nickelodeon Magazine, National Baseball Hall of Fame and Fleet Bank. He then went to GE Capital where he was responsible for customer acquisition for their new, unsecured personal “loan check by mail” product where he mailed $20 billion in live checks over the course of 3 years. Over the last two decades Brian’s direct mail customer acquisition and direct mail CRM programs played an integral role in the building and selling of two of the most successful direct-to-consumer wine subscription businesses in the U.S. – Vinesse Wines and Laithwaites/WSJwine. Nowadays he is excited about applying his direct mail customer acquisition and direct mail CRM expertise to a broad range of direct-to-consumer businesses.
Lee Nagan, Co-Founder and COO
Lee has spent over 30 years as a highly regarded, independent print and lettershop buyer and production manager who currently oversees the production and delivery of hundreds of mailings and millions of mail pieces every year. He leverages his deep knowledge of all things direct mail production and delivery, along with his extensive, long-term relationships with printers, lettershops, postal authorities, comminglers and co-mailers, to consistently meet or exceed the demands of his client partners. He has worked with many national brands, including Caremark Healthcare, Dermstore, Goose Island Beer Company, and Laithwaites/WSJwine. Lee has a track record of proactively leading his client partners in utilizing the latest advancements in mailing concepts and printing and mailing technology, such as digital customization and personalization.
